Class Cancellation Policy :
Students are required to notify the administration a minimum of 12 hours in advance should they need to cancel a scheduled class. Failure to adhere to this timeframe will result in the session being marked as attended, and it will be considered as part of the student’s allocated classes. No compensation or replacement class will be provided for such unattended sessions.
Payment Policy :
All payments for educational services must be completed in advance using one of the approved payment methods, which include Remitly, Google Pay, PayPal, or any other payment platform sanctioned by Ashapers. Notifications regarding the renewal of subscriptions will be sent via email or WhatsApp prior to the due date. Should the payment not be made within the specified time frame, Ashapers reserves the right to revoke the student’s access to their login credentials and learning platform. In the event that parents encounter difficulties in processing payments, they are encouraged to reach out to the administration at [email protected] or contact us through our designated WhatsApp number for prompt assistance.
Exam Report Submission :
Students are obliged to submit their school examination reports via email periodically, as per the administrative requirements. Additionally, students must regularly provide their teachers with information related to their school curriculum and any other academic details deemed necessary for the continuity of their learning program.
Attendance and Rescheduling :
It is the sole responsibility of the student to attend classes according to the predetermined schedule. In the event a student is unable to attend a class, they are permitted to reschedule only one session per week, provided they inform the administration at least 12 hours prior to the original class time. If this notification period is not respected, the session will be marked as attended, and no replacement will be granted.
Refund Policy :
Should students or their guardians request a refund, they are required to consult and comply with Ashapers’ Refund Policy. Any requests for refunds must follow the specific procedures and conditions outlined within the policy documentation.
Refund calculation for Monthly package :
Refund applicable = [ Total paid amount – Amount (classes attended) ] – 12% refund fee – Transaction fee
For Yearly packages:
Refund applicable = [ Total paid amount – Amount (classes attended) ] – 7% refund fee – Transaction fee
Teacher Change Request :
In circumstances where a student is dissatisfied with their assigned teacher or wishes to request a different instructor, they may submit a formal request via email. Each student is entitled to a maximum of two teacher change requests during their enrollment period. The administration will process and address such requests within 72 hours of receipt. Ashapers retains the right to approve or decline requests based on teacher availability and other considerations.
Schedule and Availability :
Students and their parents can view the student’s class schedule and check the availability of teaching hours by logging into the Ashapers platform. In addition, class schedules and other pertinent information will also be communicated via email or WhatsApp, ensuring that all relevant parties remain informed about the student’s educational timetable.
Test Participation and Reports :
Regular participation in tests is compulsory for all students as part of their academic evaluation process. Test results and performance reports will be communicated through email and WhatsApp. Failure to participate in scheduled tests may affect the student’s progress and standing within the program.
Acceptance of Terms: :
By enrolling in Ashapers’ educational program, both the student and their guardians agree to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance or violations of these terms may result in penalties, including but not limited to the forfeiture of scheduled classes or payments, suspension, or termination of services.
Demo Class :
Requesting demo class is considered to be approval of the above terms and conditions by the parents.
Demo should be scheduled within the 24 hours after student fill the query form in contact us tab.
Legal Policy :
To create a digital copy or distribution of classes/ using or manipulating the content with the intention of misconduct will considered as infringement of Copyright, Design and Patent Act 1988 are eligible for any legal action.

In the event that a student or parent encounters any issues related to classes, payments, or any other aspect of the program, they are encouraged to seek assistance by contacting Ashapers via WhatsApp. Our support team is available to provide guidance and resolve any concerns in a timely manner.
