- Punctuality and Attendance:- Teachers are required to be on time
for all scheduled classes. If a teacher is late by more than 5 minutes,
they will not be compensated for that session. In case of
emergencies, teachers must inform the authorities at least 6 hours
prior to the class. For illness, the teacher is required to notify the
authorities at least 6 hours before the scheduled session.
2. Pre-Class Preparation:- Teachers must join the class at least 5
minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth
beginning.
3. Confidentiality of Personal Information:- Teachers are strictly
prohibited from sharing personal details such as WhatsApp
contacts, email addresses, social media handles (e.g., Instagram), or
any other personal information with students or their parents. If a
teacher is found to have shared such information, the authorities
reserve the right to blacklist the teacher and remove them from the
platform. Furthermore, if a teacher violates this rule, the
authorities may withhold any pending payments.
4. Payment Schedule:- Teachers will receive post or pre-payment for
their classes, either on a weekly or monthly basis, as per the
agreement.
5. Curriculum Submission:- Before starting any class, teachers must
upload their curriculum planner via the designated platform or
login portal.
6. Compliance with Authority Instructions:- Teachers are required to
follow instructions from the authorities diligently. Failure to
comply with instructions may result in disciplinary action, including
possible termination or detention from further teaching activities.
7. Teacher need to inform at least 1 month notice period
8. By accepting these terms and conditions, the teacher agrees to
uphold the outlined responsibilities and acknowledges the
consequences of any violation
